Appointment Letters Distributed to 1,094 Junior Engineers in Virtual Presence of Chief Minister Dhami

Dehradun:- In the virtual presence of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, appointment letters were handed over to 1,094 Junior Engineers selected under the Junior Engineer Service Examination, 2023, at the Department of Culture Auditorium, Dehradun, today. On this occasion, the Chief Minister interacted with the selected candidates through a virtual platform and congratulated them, stating that a new chapter in their lives has begun today. He added that serving the land of Uttarakhand is a golden opportunity granted by the blessings of their parents, teachers, and the almighty.

The Chief Minister expressed hope that these 1,094 newly appointed engineers would bring new energy and strength to the departments. He encouraged them to keep up with the rapid advancements in knowledge, science, and technology and to perform their duties with full dedication and commitment. He also mentioned that over the past three years, more than 17,000 government jobs have been provided in the state, and the recruitment process for various vacant positions is still ongoing.

Highlighting the importance of transparency in recruitment examinations, the Chief Minister stated that ever since the implementation of the anti-cheating law, all examinations have been conducted fairly. He mentioned that Uttarakhand is one of the fastest-growing states in the country and has secured the top position in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) indicators released by NITI Aayog. Several senior officials and departmental officers were also present at the event.
