Chief Minister Dhami Unveils Anil Ratudi’s Book “Khaki Mein Sthitpragya,” Highlighting Police Service Experiences

Dehradun: Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the book “Khaki Mein Sthitpragya,” authored by former Director General of Police of Uttarakhand, Shri Anil Ratudi, at the IRDT auditorium located in Survey Chowk, Dehradun. This book is a vibrant document of Shri Ratudi’s experiences and memoirs as an IPS officer, in which he shares the challenges and experiences he faced during his police service.

Unique Presentation of Police Service Experiences

Chief Minister Shri Dhami shed light on the significance of the book, stating that Shri Anil Ratudi has presented his challenges, experiences, and memories from his service period in an engaging manner. He noted that maintaining stability in both success and failure is the essence of being “sthityapragya.” This book will not only serve as a guide for those entering the police service but will also strengthen their decision-making abilities.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister praised both Shri Anil Ratudi and his wife, Smt. Radha Ratudi, highlighting their commendable work. He stated that they have created a unique identity not only in Uttarakhand but across the country through their actions and behavior. Their simplicity and extraordinary contributions to public welfare have established their distinct reputation. Throughout his service, Shri Ratudi faced numerous challenging situations and resolved them through his unwavering determination.

Author Shri Anil Ratudi explained that “Khaki Mein Sthitpragya” encapsulates the essence of his three and a half decades of police service. He mentioned that this book aims to assist new police officers in facing challenges and advancing on their career paths with patience. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including DGP Shri Abhinav Kumar, former Chief Secretary Shri N. Ravishankar, and former Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sudha Rani Pandey, among others.
