Vision to Transform Government Schools into Smart Schools

Ashish Dangwal wants to transform government schools into smart schools. It was the result of Ashish’s numerous sacrifices that when he was transferred from Bhankoli village in 2019, he received a grand farewell. He also worked on reviving the nearly extinct traditional water mills (Gharat) in the village.

Reviving Traditional Water Mills with Students’ Help

With the help of school children, Ashish transformed the Gharat, which was well-received on Facebook. The villagers not only appreciated Ashish’s ideas but also saw a connection in his behavior. Ashish was given a warm farewell from the village, and the emotional farewell pictures were widely shared on social media, TV, and newspapers.
