The world’s smallest guitar was created by Prakash Chandra Upadhyay, who works in the pathology department of the Government Medical College in Haldwani. For this record, his name has been entered in the Limca Book of Records. Prakash Upadhyay has a long history of making albums under his name. Six individual world records and three group world records are held by Prakash Chandra. Additionally, his effort has been acknowledged in the distinguished 2019 edition of the American Golden Book of World Records.
