Adventure Tourism: Uttarakhand Festival: Nayar Valley Adventure Festival: Pauri Garhwal: The Nayar Valley Adventure Festival-2026 was formally inaugurated by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami in Bilkhet of Pauri Garhwal district in Uttarakhand. The three day event, scheduled from February 26 to 28, is being held amidst the lush natural beauty of the Nayar Valley and aims to position the region as a key hub for adventure tourism in the state.

Chief Minister Dhami addressed the gathering highlighting the government’s commitment to enhancing tourism, local employment and infrastructure. He said that through initiatives like the Adventure Festival, the state will not only showcase its scenic valleys and culture but also provide new employment and livelihood opportunities for local youth. The festival is part of a broader vision to bring global recognition to Uttarakhand’s adventure tourism potential.

The festival features a range of adventure activities including paragliding, mountain biking, trail running and angling, offering visitors and participants a blend of thrill and engagement with nature. In his speech, Dhami also highlighted major development projects in the Pauri district, including improvements in education and healthcare facilities, enhanced road connectivity and other infrastructural investments aimed at long term community benefit.
